ZLYJ series hardened gear reducer

　　The ZLYJ series reducer is a transmission part with high precision hard toothed belt with a thrust seat matched with a plastic screw extruder. The product design adopts all the technical specifications specified by ZBJ19009-88. It is characterized by high strength alloy steel for gear and shaft parts. The gear is processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding.

　　The gear precision is GB10095-88,6. The hardness of the tooth surface is HRC54 to 62. A large thrust bearing is arranged at the front end of the hollow input shaft, and the axial thrust is borne by the screw.

　　The whole machine has the characteristics of small volume, high bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
