　　Structure,characteristics and reaction:

　　Shell: high rigidity FC-25 cast iron casting;

　　Gear: the gear is made of high quality, high purity, alloy 20CrMnTiH, carburizing, quenching and grinding.

　　Main shaft: the shaft is quenched and tempered with high rigidity and high load capacity.

　　Bearing: a rolling cone bearing with heavy load capacity;

　　Oil seal: double seal lip oil seal, dustproof and leak proof oil.

　　Lubrication: proper lubrication can make the steering machine more efficient and improve its running life.

　　A. initial use of two or 100-200 hours, for the initial wear period, there may be a little metal wear particles, please be sure to clean the inside, and replace the new lubricant.

　　When B. is used for a long time, replace lubricant once every half a year or 1000-2000 hours.

　　Type of lubricating oil: This product uses 90-120 degree of Chinese oil full effect gear oil, low speed and light load condition. It is suggested that full effect gear oil is 90 degrees, heavy load and high temperature is used, and 120 degree of full effect gear oil is recommended.
